1. Physical Products (Books / Printed Materials)
We accept returns only if the item is:

In the same condition you received it

In the original packaging
Return request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for:

Any additional courier costs
Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
2. Digital Products (E-books, PDF Guides, Audio, Tools)
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,”
all digital product purchases are final and non-refundable.
Please make sure you review product details carefully before completing checkout.
3. Online Courses (Now or in the Future)
All online course sales are final.
Access to course content cannot be canceled or reversed once granted.
Therefore, no refunds are provided for courses after purchase.
If you experience technical issues accessing your course, we will assist you promptly.
4. Coaching Sessions & Appointments
Your session time is reserved exclusively for you.
Because of this, we maintain a clear scheduling policy:

Rescheduling requires 24+ hours notice prior to your appointment.

If you miss your session or cancel late, the session fee is forfeited.
We appreciate your respect for time, boundaries, and energy—both yours and ours.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled after they are:

Delivered (for digital products)

Confirmed (for coaching sessions or courses)
