1. Shipping for Physical Products (Books)

We ship from Egypt to all Egyptian governorates using trusted courier services.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days after placing your order.

  • Delivery time within Egypt: 2–10 business days depending on your location.

  • Shipping fees: Calculated at checkout based on your address.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

Please make sure your full name, address, and phone number are accurate to avoid delivery delays.

2. International Shipping

If you are ordering from outside Egypt:

  • Delivery times vary by country.

  • Shipping fees will appear during checkout.

  • Customs, duties, or import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Digital Products (E-Books, Courses, Guides)

Digital items are delivered instantly after payment.

You will receive your files via:

  • Download link on the order confirmation page

  • Email sent immediately after purchase

If you don’t receive the email, please check your Spam/Junk folder or contact us directly.

No shipping fees apply to digital products.

4. Coaching Sessions / Consultations

After booking your session:

  • You will receive confirmation and your session link (Zoom or Google Meet) by email.

  • Session reminders are also sent before the appointment.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Please track your order using the tracking link provided.

  • Contact us with your order number if you need help.

We will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

6. Address Mistakes

If incorrect address details are provided, reshipping costs (if needed) are the customer’s responsibility.
